Sparrow Team operates as a single family office in Warsaw, Poland. We work with external counsel and outside fund managers to build value over the long term. Beyond commitments made through third-party fund structures, Sparrow Team holds a flexible mandate to invest directly across the different elements of a company, from its capital structure to its stage of development. We look for situations where the family's capital and our oversight can contribute more than the investment alone.

Sparrow Team brings substantial investment and operating experience to the way it reviews and manages each holding. We are supported by permanent capital, which gives us room to structure investments creatively around the needs of a particular situation.
